Here's the truth behind the things Central Florida homeowners worry about most — and how we put your mind at ease.
"Inspections are just a sales pitch."
Ours aren't. Inspections are free and come with honest recommendations — including 'your roof is fine' when that's the truth.
"I only need an inspection when there's a problem."
Regular inspections catch small issues early and create documentation that helps with insurance and warranty claims later.
"I can inspect the roof myself from the ground."
Many issues — lifted shingles, failing seals, hidden flashing damage — aren't visible from the ground. A proper inspection gets up close and documents everything.
"A newer roof doesn't need inspecting."
Even new roofs take storm and installation-related damage. Inspections protect your warranty and catch issues while they're small.
"Inspections are expensive."
Ours are free. There's no reason to skip the step that could save you thousands in prevented damage.

Know exactly what your roof needs
Our certified inspectors evaluate shingles, flashing, seals, ventilation, and structural components top to bottom — not from the ground, but up close where problems actually hide.
You get clear photos, an honest written report, and no-pressure recommendations you can use for maintenance, insurance, or warranty records.
Every inspection is free, and 'your roof is in good shape' is an answer we're happy to give when it's the truth.
Why regular inspections pay off
An inspection is cheap insurance. It catches small problems early, documents your roof's condition, and gives you leverage for warranty and insurance claims.
What we actually check
We examine shingles or tiles for lifting, cracking, and granule loss; flashing and seals around penetrations; pipe boots; attic ventilation; and any signs of interior water intrusion. Each finding is photographed so you can see exactly what we see.
Catching problems early
Most expensive roof failures start as small, cheap-to-fix issues. A lifted shingle or a hairline flashing crack found now is a quick repair; found after it leaks, it's decking, insulation, and ceiling damage. Regular inspections keep you ahead of that curve.
Documentation that helps you
Our photo report is insurance- and warranty-ready. After a storm, dated documentation of your roof's condition strengthens claims and helps prove damage timelines. It's also valuable at resale to show a well-maintained roof.
When to schedule one
We recommend an inspection at least annually and after any major storm or high-wind event. If you're buying or selling a home, an inspection removes the guesswork about the roof's remaining life.
Flexible financing available
If your inspection turns up needed repairs or a replacement, flexible financing lets you address it right away with low monthly payments.
